Returns:
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Undergarments, cosmetics and opened personal care items
- Custom-made, special-order, or assembled products
- Products with broken seals or used accessories
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via in-person cash collection at our Kuwait office.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for size-related or damaged-on-arrival items (with photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery).
